1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.gamedatacore.ai ("Site") and the GameDataCore.AI platform, including all services, features, content, and applications offered by GameDataCore.AI Ltd ("GameDataCore.AI," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Site or Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing or using our Site or Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or Platform.

2. DEFINITIONS

"Account" means a registered account on our Platform. "Content" means all information, data, text, software, graphics, and other materials that we make available through the Site or Platform. "Platform" means our AI-powered game intelligence platform that transforms player sentiment, market trends, and commercial performance data into actionable insights. "User" means any individual who accesses or uses our Site or Platform. "User Data" means any data, information, or content that you upload, submit, or provide to our Platform.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

3.1 Account Creation

Accounts are created manually by GameDataCore.AI when you purchase a CoreScore Report. You do not register directly on our Platform. When we create your account following a report purchase:

  • We will use the information provided during your purchase (name, email, and company details)
  • You agree that the information you provided during purchase is accurate, current, and complete
  • You agree to update this information by contacting us if it changes to keep it accurate, current, and complete
  • You will receive login credentials via email once your account and report are ready

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect unauthorised use or security compromise related to your account.

3.3 Account Sharing

Your account is personal to you or your organisation. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the Platform through a single account, except as expressly permitted.

4. CLOSED ALPHA ACCESS AND PAYMENT

4.1 Platform Status

Our Platform is currently in a Closed Alpha phase. During this phase:

  • Subscription plans are not currently available
  • Access is limited to users who have purchased CoreScore Reports
  • Additional Platform features may be available for testing during our pilot period
  • All features and pricing are subject to change without notice

4.2 CoreScore Report Purchases

Currently, users can purchase individual CoreScore Reports, which include:

  • Access to the Platform for viewing and interacting with your purchased reports
  • Dedicated CoreScore Report Dashboard for each specific game you have purchased reports for
  • Platform Account with lifetime access to all your purchased CoreScore Reports (or for as long as we operate as a business) Report Processing and Account Creation:
  • Manual processing required - CoreScore Reports are custom-generated for each purchase
  • Processing time - Account creation and report generation may take up to 48 hours after purchase
  • Email notification - You will receive an email with login credentials once your account and report are ready
  • Multiple report access - You can purchase reports for any games, and all reports will be added to your single Platform account Ongoing Platform Access:
  • Lifetime access to purchased reports - You will continue to have access to all CoreScore Reports you have purchased for as long as we operate
  • Future subscription requirement - Other Platform features beyond purchased reports will eventually require a subscription
  • Grandfathered access - Existing purchased reports will remain accessible even when subscription plans are introduced

4.3 Pilot Features Access

Users who have purchased CoreScore Reports may be granted access to additional Platform features during our pilot period:

  • Pilot features are provided for testing purposes only
  • No guarantee of continued availability - features may be removed, modified, or discontinued at any time
  • No additional cost during pilot period - pilot features are currently provided at no extra charge
  • Future subscription requirement - pilot features and other Platform capabilities beyond purchased CoreScore Reports will eventually require a subscription
  • Advance notification - if pilot features transition to paid subscription services, you will be notified in advance with pricing information and subscription options
  • CoreScore Report access maintained - your purchased reports will remain accessible regardless of subscription decisions

4.4 Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed through Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means:

  • Paddle is the seller of record for your CoreScore Report purchases
  • All payment obligations are with Paddle, not GameDataCore.AI
  • Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and billing
  • By purchasing a report, you authorise Paddle to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method
  • GameDataCore.AI does not process payments directly or handle payment credentials We do not store payment information. All payment credentials are handled exclusively by Paddle.

4.5 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which will be charged in addition to the report fees where required by law. As Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, they are responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes for your purchases.

4.6 Payment Terms

  • CoreScore Report purchases are one-time fees with no automatic renewal
  • Processing time - Manual account creation and report generation may take up to 48 hours after payment confirmation
  • Service delivery - Service is considered delivered when you receive email confirmation that your account and report are ready
  • Refund policy - See Section 4.7 for detailed refund terms and conditions

4.7 Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices. Our refund policy covers the following scenarios:

4.7.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Technical Delivery Failures:

  • If we are unable to generate your CoreScore Report due to technical issues on our end
  • If critical Platform systems prevent access to your purchased report
  • If data processing failures result in unusable or incomplete reports Processing Delays:
  • If we fail to deliver your report and account access within 7 days of purchase (significantly beyond our stated 48-hour target)
  • If we determine that insufficient public data exists to generate a meaningful report for your requested game Billing Errors:
  • Duplicate charges for the same report
  • Incorrect pricing applied to your purchase
  • Unauthorised charges resulting from payment processing errors Data Availability Issues:
  • If the requested game has insufficient public review data to generate a meaningful CoreScore Report
  • If third-party platform restrictions prevent data collection for your specific game after purchase

4.7.2 Refund Request Process

How to Request:

  • Email support@gamedatacore.ai within 14 days of purchase
  • Include your order number, purchase date, and detailed reason for the refund request
  • Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation supporting your request Processing Timeline:
  • We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days
  • Investigation and decision will be completed within 7 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via your original payment method Required Information:
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

4.7.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Delivered reports - Once you have received access to your complete CoreScore Report and dashboard
  • Change of mind - Deciding you no longer want the report after it has been delivered
  • Competitive information - Dissatisfaction with insights about competitor performance
  • Market conditions - Disappointment with your game's performance metrics as revealed in the report
  • Data interpretation - Disagreement with our analysis or presentation of publicly available data
  • Account sharing violations - Issues arising from unauthorised sharing of account credentials
  • Platform pilot features - Any issues related to experimental features provided at no additional cost

4.7.4 Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Delayed delivery - 25% refund if report is delivered between 3-7 days after purchase
  • Limited data availability - Partial refund if report contains significantly less data than typically expected
  • Technical issues affecting usability - Partial refund if Platform access is significantly limited but report data is available

4.7.5 Refund Method and Timeline

Refund Processing:

  • All refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record
  • GameDataCore.AI cannot process refunds directly - all refund decisions and processing are handled through Paddle's systems
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank Currency and Fees:
  • Refunds will be issued in the original purchase currency
  • Any payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable
  • Currency exchange rate differences are not covered by GameDataCore.AI or Paddle

4.7.6 Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

  • You may request a review by emailing legal@gamedatacore.ai within 7 days of our decision
  • We will conduct a secondary review within 5 business days
  • Our final decision will be communicated in writing with full reasoning
  • You retain all rights under applicable consumer protection laws

4.7.7 Legal and Regulatory Compliance

This refund policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. In jurisdictions where consumer protection laws provide greater rights than outlined here, those laws will prevail. For EU customers, this includes rights under the Consumer Rights Directive where applicable.

5. PLATFORM USE AND RESTRICTIONS

5.1 License to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes during your report access period or any extended pilot access period.

5.2 Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Use the Platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform in any form or by any means
  • Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Platform except as expressly permitted
  • Sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Platform available to any third party
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Platform
  • Use the Platform to develop a competing product or service
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements
  • Use the Platform to collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

6. PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY

6.1 Local AI Infrastructure

Our Platform utilises advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies that are operated entirely within our own controlled infrastructure. All AI analysis, including content analysis, player behaviour classification, and market intelligence generation, is performed locally on our own systems. No gaming data or personal information is ever processed by external AI services, cloud AI providers, or third-party machine learning platforms.

6.2 Data Security

This local AI approach ensures:

  • Complete control over data processing and security
  • No dependency on external AI service providers
  • Enhanced privacy protection for all analysed data
  • Consistent performance without external service limitations

7. USER DATA

7.1 Ownership of User Data

You retain all rights to your User Data. By submitting User Data to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, transmit, and display your User Data to the extent necessary to provide and maintain the Platform and as otherwise permitted in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Responsibility for User Data

You are solely responsible for your User Data and the consequences of submitting it to the Platform. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorise us to use your User Data as described in these Terms
  • Your User Data will not infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party
  • Your User Data will not violate any applicable law or regulation

7.3 Data Backup

While we use reasonable efforts to preserve and protect User Data, you are responsible for maintaining separate backup copies of your important User Data.

7.4 Data Retention and Privacy

Data retention, processing, and privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Our data retention periods are based on legitimate business interests, including the need for historical benchmarking and industry trend analysis.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, and user interfaces, is owned by GameDataCore.AI or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8.2 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, improvements, enhancements, or feature requests relating to the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

8.3 Analytics and Aggregated Data

We may collect and analyse data relating to your use of the Platform and may aggregate your User Data with data from other users. We may use this aggregated, anonymised data to improve the Platform and for other business purposes.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

9.1 Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other that is designated as confidential or that, given the nature of the information or circumstances surrounding its disclosure, reasonably should be understood to be confidential. Your User Data and our non-public Platform features and technology are Confidential Information.

9.2 Protection of Confidential Information

Each party agrees to:

  • Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under these Terms
  • Protect the Confidential Information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information (but no less than reasonable care)
  • Not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party, except as permitted by these Terms or with the prior written consent of the disclosing party

9.3 Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that:

  • Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party
  • Was known to the receiving party before its disclosure
  • Is independently developed by the receiving party without use of the disclosing party's Confidential Information
  • Is rightfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

10.1 Term

These Terms will remain in effect for the duration of your Platform access, whether through CoreScore Report purchase or extended pilot access.

10.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your Platform access at any time by contacting us at support@gamedatacore.ai. For CoreScore Report purchases, your access will continue until the specified report access period expires.

10.3 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and Platform access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination or expiration of your Platform access:

  • All licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate
  • You will no longer have access to the Platform
  • Any outstanding payment obligations will become immediately due
  • We may delete your User Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices

10.4.1 Data Export Upon Termination

Upon termination or expiration of your Platform access: Data Export: You may request an export of your User Data within 30 days of access termination by contacting support@gamedatacore.ai. This export will include:

  • Account information and settings
  • Custom dashboards and saved reports (where applicable)
  • Custom categorizations and feedback provided to the system (where applicable) Export Format and Delivery: Data will be provided in standard formats (CSV, JSON) via secure download link, depending on data volume. Export Processing Time: Exports will be processed within 14 days of request. Export Fees: We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for large or complex export requests that exceed standard usage thresholds. Post-Export Data Deletion: Following the export and your confirmation of receipt, we will delete your User Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies, except as required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes. We do not provide exports of raw platform data from third-party sources such as Steam, Discord, or Reddit as this data is publicly available from the original sources.

10.4.2 CoreScore Report Preservation Upon Business Closure

In the unlikely event that GameDataCore.AI ceases operations or discontinues the Platform permanently: PDF Report Delivery: We will endeavour to provide all purchasers of CoreScore Reports with PDF versions of their purchased reports before Platform shutdown. Delivery Timeline: We will make reasonable efforts to provide PDF reports within 60 days of announcing permanent closure, where technically and financially feasible. Best Efforts Commitment: While we cannot guarantee PDF delivery in all circumstances (such as sudden financial insolvency or force majeure events), this represents our commitment to protecting customers' investments in our reports. Contact Information: We will communicate any business closure plans through email notifications to all registered users and provide contact information for PDF report requests.

10.5 Survival

The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

11. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

11.1 Platform Warranty Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMEDATACORE.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GAMEDATACORE.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

11.2 Content Warranty Disclaimer

GAMEDATACORE.AI DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING SENTIMENT ANALYSIS, MARKET TRENDS, OR COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE DATA. THE USE OF SUCH CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or enable access to third-party services for data collection and business integrations. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, operations, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Important: Third-party integrations are limited to data collection and business tool connections. All AI analysis and data processing is performed exclusively on our local infrastructure without involvement of external AI services.

11.4 Closed Alpha and Pilot Features Disclaimer

DURING OUR CLOSED ALPHA PHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • Platform access is provided through CoreScore Report purchases with no subscription plans currently available
  • Pilot features are experimental and provided for testing purposes only
  • No guarantee of feature continuity - pilot features may be removed, modified, or discontinued at any time
  • Future pricing may apply - pilot features may transition to paid services with advance notification
  • Performance and reliability of pilot features may vary during the testing phase
  • Data and analytics accuracy applies especially to experimental pilot features which are still under development You agree to use all analytics, insights, and recommendations as supplementary information rather than as the sole basis for business decisions, particularly regarding pilot features which are still being refined.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GAMEDATACORE.AI OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

12.2 Cap on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMEDATACORE.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GAMEDATACORE.AI FOR THE PLATFORM DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

12.3 Exclusions

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GameDataCore.AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your User Data
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another
  • Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, you agree that we are still allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

14.3 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of notice, either party may bring a formal proceeding.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GameDataCore.AI regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of GameDataCore.AI.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.

15.5 Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and GameDataCore.AI.

15.6 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, terrorism, riots, war, government action, or any other event of force majeure.

15.7 Notices

We may provide notices to you via email, regular mail, or postings on the Site or Platform. You may provide notices to us by emailing legal@gamedatacore.ai.

15.8 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any rights, remedies, or benefits upon any person other than you and GameDataCore.AI.

15.9 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

16. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

16.1 Closed Alpha Status

Our Platform is currently in a Closed Alpha phase of development. During this phase:

  • Access is limited to users who have purchased CoreScore Reports
  • Subscriptions are not available - access is provided through individual report purchases
  • Pilot features may be available for testing but can be modified, removed, or discontinued without notice
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed as we develop the Platform
  • Performance may vary as we optimize and scale our systems
  • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur to improve Platform stability

16.2 Pilot Features and Future Subscriptions

During the Closed Alpha phase:

  • Additional features beyond CoreScore Report dashboards may be available for pilot testing
  • Pilot features are provided at no additional cost during the testing period
  • Future subscription model - Platform features beyond purchased CoreScore Reports will eventually require subscriptions
  • Purchased report access maintained - your CoreScore Reports will remain permanently accessible regardless of future subscription decisions
  • Advance notification will be provided before any transition to subscription-based access for pilot features
  • Optional participation - you may choose whether to subscribe when additional Platform features become subscription-based services

16.3 Maintenance and Outages

For maintenance activities or unexpected outages:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant planned maintenance
  • Notice will be provided via email to the account administrator when possible
  • For unplanned outages, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible

16.4 Force Majeure Events

We are not responsible for failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or third-party platform failures.

17. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM TERMS COMPLIANCE

17.1 Data Collection from Third-Party Platforms

  • We make no claim to ownership of content created by platforms or their users
  • We may modify our data collection in response to platform policy changes

When using insights from our Platform, you agree to:

  • Comply with the terms of service of any referenced platforms
  • Not use our data in ways that violate third-party platform terms
  • Not represent our data as officially endorsed by the source platforms
  • Respect intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, and platforms

GameDataCore.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Steam, Valve, Discord, Reddit, or any other gaming platform from which we collect data, except as explicitly stated regarding our commercial agreement with Twitch for the IGDB API. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

18. FUTURE DEVELOPER DATA EXCHANGE PROGRAM

We are developing a Developer Data Exchange ("DDX") program that will allow users to share commercial game data in exchange for subscription discounts and enhanced features. This program is not yet active. Prior to the launch of this program, we will provide:

  • Detailed terms specific to the program
  • Clear information about data security measures
  • Policies regarding competitive safeguards
  • Opt-in procedures for participation Participation in this program will be entirely optional. When launched, the program will include robust security measures and strict confidentiality protections for all commercial data shared.

19. CONTENT USAGE AND REPRODUCTION

19.1 Platform Output Usage

Your Platform access includes rights to use Platform outputs as follows:

  • Internal Business Use: You may freely use our analytics, visualizations, and reports within your organization for business decision-making.
  • Investor Presentations: You may include Platform visualizations and data in pitches and investor materials with proper attribution.
  • Strategy Documentation: You may incorporate insights into internal strategy documents.
  • Team Communications: You may share Platform outputs within your team.
  • External Presentations: You may use Platform insights and visualizations in external presentations, reports, and materials with proper attribution. We reserve the right to revoke publication rights if we determine Platform outputs are being used in misleading or unauthorised ways.

19.2 Attribution Requirements

When sharing or presenting Platform outputs outside your organization, you must:

  • Clearly attribute GameDataCore.AI as the source.
  • Include our logo or text attribution stating "Powered by GameDataCore.AI".
  • Not alter or modify visualizations in ways that could be misleading.
  • Not present our data as your own proprietary research.

19.3 Publication Restrictions

You may not:

  • Publish complete Platform reports or dashboards publicly without our consent.
  • Resell or commercially distribute our data or visualizations as a standalone product.
  • Create derivative works that compete with our Platform.
  • Share access credentials or outputs with non-subscribers in ways that circumvent subscription fees.

21. PADDLE COMPLIANCE

21.1 Payment Processing Partnership

Our payment processing is provided through our partnership with Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This partnership requires compliance with Paddle's terms and acceptable use policies.

21.2 Prohibited Activities

In addition to the restrictions outlined elsewhere in these Terms, you may not use our Platform or Services in connection with any activities prohibited by Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Activities that violate payment card network rules
  • Use for physical products or pure consulting services
  • Any activities that could result in excessive chargebacks or payment disputes

21.3 Compliance Monitoring

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if your usage patterns or activities are deemed by us or Paddle to violate applicable payment processing requirements or create excessive risk.
